how did you save the images from the lonny site?

I am so glad that Lonny is here, it has so much great inspiration doesn’t it?!
Since it uses Flash, you can’t just copy them or drag them onto your desktop. So, what I do is go to the top of the page where the viewing options are and select Layout > Paper View. Then I do screenshots of the pages and crop them in Photoshop. I hope this helps!

what do you mean by “screenshots” – do you actually take a photo
witha camera, download, and edit in Photoshop??
or is there a way to “save screen”?????

With a Mac you can use the “Grab” program to actually take a picture of your browser window and with a PC you can hold down “Alt” and “Print Screen” at the same time and that will take a picture of your active browser window. Then you just open those saved screen shots in Photoshop.
I actually found another way to do this though. If you are in the “Paper View” on Lonny, you can right click on the page (that you want to save) and select “print”. Then in your print options, instead of printing, select save as PDF or print to PDF. Then you will have an image, that is already cropped, saved to your computer
