Before I had ever heard the name Melody Ehsani, I had admired her designs from afar.  Born in Los Angeles, and raised in a traditional Persian household, where cultural tradition dictates that a woman’s status and value is determined by her marriage, Melody left law school to pursue her dream of becoming a designer and break the strongholds of cultural inequalities.  A woman after my own heart, Melody Ehsani aspires to push the boundaries of the norm and inspire others to break down bariers in their own lives.
